One Hour Massage catered to individual needs. Some book this weekly, bi weekly monthly to stay in tune. This is also for clients working on a pain management plan. Ask about our insurance billing. You may qualify with your plan.

TRIGGER POINT THERAPY

Trigger Point Therapy is a healing technique based on the principle of free and uninterrupted energy flow and helps activate the natural healing processes in each patient's body as well as to restore their physical and emotional well-being. As a certified Massage Therapy Practitioner, I help patients reduce their stress and anxiety, among other ailments.

ZEPHYR MEMBERS ONLY

30 Minutes to work on things to keep you moving. We have collaborated with Zephyr indoor Cycling studio to bring annual unlimited members a way to keep moving between sessions. These are direct and focused ortho/sports massages that often include cupping, scraping and other techniques to keep mobility optimal. For members only-$30

Energy Healing - The McKay Method

Energetic Healing is an umbrella term for any therapy that manipulates the energy circuits in our physical or subtle bodies to regain balance and facilitate our body's innate healing mechanisms. Energetic healing can also help identify “issues” before they manifest as pain or similar distortions in the physical body.
